Hej ihr da draußen!
Da unser lieber Mitbewohner kurzfristig auszieht, suchen wir, Konni (30) und Jule (26), beide berufstätig, ab September eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für unsere lauschige WG im schönen Gostenhof.
Kaution (260 €) und Abschlag (90 €) für Zimmer bzw. Wohnung betragen insgesamt 350 Euro, da wir erst kürzlich eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Kühlschrank angeschafft haben.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es Verschiedenste direkt vor der Tür, bis zu allen U-Bahn-Linien braucht man max. 5 Minuten, die Altstadt ist auch nicht weit weg.
Uns ist es wichtig auch Zeit miteinander zu verbringen (so viel wie jeder gerade eben hat) - ob beim Frühstücken, Kochen, Film schauen oder im Biergarten...
Bitte per mail anfragen, wir rufen dann ggf. zurück um euch zu einem Besichtungstermin einzuladen. Termine sind Mo. 10., Di 11. und Do 13.September. Leider sind die Termine erst im Sept., da wir bis dahin im Urlaub sind.
Einen ersten Eindruck von der Wohnung und uns könnt Ihr auf den Fotos bekommen.
