Hallo zusammen,
da ich berufsbedingt 1 Jahr ins Ausland gehen muss, werden in unserer 2er WG meine zwei (!!) Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 90m² incl. Küche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine (neu) und insgesamt 4 Zimmer. Wie man aus den Bildern sehen kann, ist die Wohnung sehr hell und hat fast alles was man braucht.
Die freie Zimmer sind ca 14m² und 17m² groß. Ein paar Möbeln würde ich da lassen wie z.B. Sofa, Bücher- und Schuhregal. Schlafcouch könnte bei Bedarf auch vorhanden sein.
Verkehrsanbindungen:
U-Bhf: Maximilianstrasse (U1) ist 2 Straßen entfernt und fährt regelmäßig alle 10 min rtg Fürth HBF sowie Nürnberg HBF.
Buslinien 35/38/39 sind ebenfalls direkt an der Maximilianstr voranden.
Autobahnanbidung zur A73 ist 250m entfernt.
WG-Leben:
Da wir beide berufstätig sind hat jeder seine Zeiten und das Wg-Leben sollte gemeinschaftlich und locker sein.
Sonstiges:
Besichtigungstermine stehen noch nicht fest aber werden voraussichtlich am 24 - 26 Sept. stattfinden. Ich gebe noch Bescheid.
