Das Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten 0G eines großen Altbaus, ist ca.15qm groß, hell(hohes Fenster) und weiß gestrichen. WC und Bad sind getrennt. Ein Waschautomat befindet sich im Keller.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral mitten in Nürnberg. Die U-Bahn Stationen Rothenburger Straße, Gostenhof und Plärrer sind jeweils 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Norma und Lidl) sind gegeben.
Da meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin auszieht suche ich nun einen netten Mitbewohner. Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG, bin aber auch während des Tages fast nie in der Wohnung. Je nach Lust und Laune können wir etwas unternehmen (Kochen/Sport/Feiern...)
Die Wohnung ist sehr pflegeleicht. Da es eine 2er WG ist, haben wir bisher das Putzen abgesprochen.
In der Wohnung befindet sich noch ein 20qm großes Wohnzimmer mit großen Fenster und kleinem Balkon. Es kann als Gemeinschaftszimmer genutzt werden oder bei Bedarf/Absprache auch allein.
