Ca. 12 qm mit ein Fenster und deiner violetten Wand, die aber gerne ueberstrichen werden darf. Das Zimmer ist ohne Schnickschnack und hat eine Zwischentüre, die aber gut isoliert wurde. Kosten von 250€ sind alles inklusive, also auch Internet etc...
Das Zimmer ist unmobiliert!
Direkt an der GoHo-U-Bahn-Haltestelle. D.h. mit allem was das Leben hier so mitbringt: Fluss in der Naehe, gleich im Zentrum, Cafes, Bars, Supermaerkte usw.
Mehrere Obsthändler und Bäcker sowie mehrere Imbissbuden sind zu Fuß in 1 Minute erreichbar.
Jetzt leben hier noch drei Menschen von denen zwei aber moeglicherweise bald ausziehen. Wir sind alle hier sehr offen, es haben immer wieder Internationals hier gewohnt und man macht gelegentlich irgendewas zusammen. Es ist hier nicht immer geschleckt sauber, aber man gibt sich muehe...
