es handelt sich um ein 15qm Zimmer in einer schönen Altbauwohnung mit gemütlichem Innenhof im Stadtteil Gostenhof.
Es sind 2 Zimmer, eine große Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Dachboden sowie ein Keller.
Ich bin am Überlegen mir eine Katze anzuschaffen,also Nichts für Allergiker ;)
Ansonsten freu ich mich auf ein möglichst unkompliziertes gemeinsames Wohnen.
Die Pauschalmiete beträgt 280 Euro,
Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.
Ich bin neu in der Stadt und würde mich auch freuen, wenn ich sie nicht alleine kennenlernen muss :)
Die Wohnung ist nur ca. 2 Minuten von der U-Haltestelle "Bärenschanze" entfernt und in 5 Minuten sind zu Fuß sowohl Aldi als auch Norma erreichbar. Ebenfalls 5 Minuten sind es bis zum Pegnitzgrund, der sich wunderbar für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen anbietet.
Jeder Mitbewohner hat sein eigenes Zimmer an dem man zu klopfen hat. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie beispielsweise Kochen oder Weggehen etc. sind natürlich möglich :).
Ich bin Nichtraucher, aber was Du in Deinem Zimmer machst ist mir relativ egal;)
Ich habe bereits dreimal in einer WG gewohnt, kenne das WG-Leben also schon.
