++++ ACHTUNG! NUR FÜR STUDIERENDE MIT Bafög ANSPRUCH ++++
Hey!
Bei der WG handelt es sich um eine voll möblierte Wohnung in einem Studentenwohnheim. Es ist alles nagelneu, da das Wohnheim erst im Oktober 2015 fertiggestellt wurde. Aufzug ist vorhanden, Waschmaschinen sind im Keller. Weitere Infos gibt es hier: http://www.no45-nuernberg.de/wohnen/2er-wg.html
Falls du Student und Bafög berechtigt bist (Bafög Bescheinigung kann allerdings auch nach Einzug nachgereicht werden, falls das Studentenwerk sich wieder ewig Zeit lässt) und Interesse an dem Zimmer hast, dann melde dich bitte direkt bei mir. Da die Hausverwaltung ausschließlich Studenten gemeinsam einziehen lässt, suche ich hier auf diesem Wege einen netten Mitbewohner.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich im Stadtteil Gostenhof direkt vor der U-Bahn Station, also super zentral.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich bin 20 Jahre alt, komme Frankfurt und studiere hier Medizin. Insgesamt ist mir wichtig, dass man sich natürlich gut versteht, aber jeder sich auch zurückziehen kann, wenn man z.B. lernt. Alles in allem bin ich sehr locker drauf und schätze ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung :D
