Hallo ihr Lieben,
wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem neuen MitbewohnerIn. Ich (Jana) muss aufgrund eines Jobwechsels leider aus meiner geliebten WG ziehen.
Du könntest ab dem 16.01.2017 bei uns einziehen :-)
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 17m² groß und hat zwei Fenster in die Nebenstraße. Es ist durch den schönen Laminat, den etwas höheren Decken und den zwei große Fenstern hell und gemütlich.
Mit dir wohnen: Kathi (29) - Designstudentin und Alex (32) - berufstätig und meist nur an den Wochenenden daheim.
Die WG hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach), ein schönes Bad mit Fenster, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die Toilette ist getrennt. Die Wohnung wurde vor ein paar Jahren renoviert und saniert.
Dein Rad kann im Innenhof sicher und überdacht abgestellt werden. Vor Einbrechern schützt das noch nicht renovierte und schiefe Treppenhaus ;-)
Die U-Bahn-Station "Bärenschanze" (U1) ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Damit erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof und die City in wenigen Minuten! Auch mit dem Rad braucht man nur 10 Minuten in die Stadt.
In der Umgebung gibt es alles für das tägliche Leben, Supermarkt (Norma, Aldi), Apotheke, Bars und Kneipen, Döner - einfach alles!
Deine beiden zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind zwar viel unterwegs, dennoch freuen sie sich über einen lieben Menschen, mit dem man mal bei einer Tasse Tee oder einem Gläschen Wein nett quatschen kann :-)
Das bist du: Du bist nett, offen, bringst WG-Erfahrung mit und musst nicht mehr jeden Tag Party machen (da wir alle arbeiten sind wir unter der Woche eher ruhiger unterwegs). Damit wir uns alle wohlfühlen bist du ein ordentlicher und unkomplizierter Mensch - wie wir :)

We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat!
Your room has about 17m² and two windows. Your Flatmates are: Kathi (29) - Design-Student and Alex (32) - working and only at weekends at home. We have a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove and fridge.
The Underground-Station "Bärenschanze" (U1) is just in front of the door, from there you can reach the city center and the main station in just few minutes.
Nearby you have many posiibilities to get sth to eat (supermarkets, restaurants, snackbars) to drink (many cool bars are in this hip district of Nuremberg!) and whatever else you need for your daily life.
What we exspect from you: You are nive, tidy, you don't smoke in our flat and you are open-minded?
