The room is part of our shared flat, located in Gostenhof, Nuremberg. The room is a bright 15 sqm room with cozy wood ceilings. All over, the room is very spacious and can be very decorated very nicely.
The location of the flat is in Gostenhof, 2 min away from Cafe Mainheim and in the close area you can find supermarkets, 5 min to walk. You can reach the city within a 10min walk or 5 min on the bike.
The highway A73 is just around the corner and cities like Erlangen can be reached within 20min, as well you can reach the highway to munich over A73 within 10min.
As Jenni is moving out after 2 years to seek new opportunities we, Nina and Marie looking for a new flatmate. Nina is working at Puma as Design Intern and myself, Marie, am working for adidas.
We both are uncomplicated flatmates, prefer an easy atmosphere and enjoy coffee & cake togeher or cooking or drink a glass of wine together. In our home we want to have an relaxed atmosphere and homy feeling. We would prefer somebody in the flat with the same mindset and an easy and uncomplicated person. Also we mostly communicate in englisch in the flat as Nina is from Finland, Marie is also speaking German.
The room is available from Mid April onwards, latest move in date is Beg of June.
