We are looking for a new flatmate from 1December 2020 for our beautiful house-share in Gostenhof. Our house-share stretches over three stories plus cellar in a modern row townhouse. Your room is located on the 1st floor. It has a great view.

Unsere WG liegt mitten in Gostenhof direkt am Jamnitzer Platz. Es sind nur 5 Minuten zur Station Gostenhof (U1) und Rothenburger Straße (U2/U3 und S-Bahn). In 15 Minuten bist du zu Fuß in der Nürnberger Altstadt, in 10 Minuten im Grünen an der Pegnitz. Gostenhof ist ein lebendiges und buntes Viertel. In Gehweite gibt es nette Cafes, Kneipen und Restaurants. Hinter unserem Haus liegt gleich ein Lidl.

Our house-share is located in the centre of Gostenhof, directly on Jamnitzer Platz. In 5 minutes you can walk to the station Gostenhof (U1) and Rothenburger Straße (U2/U3 and S-Bahn). In 15 minutes you can walk to the old city of Nuremberg, in 10 minutes you reach the green surroundings of the Pegnitz. Gostenhof is a lively and colourful neighbourhood. There are many pleasant cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Right behind our house there is a Lidl supermarket.
Wir suchen zwei neue Mitbewohner*innen um unsere 5er WG zu vervollständigen. Werktags gehen wir alle unseren Berufen nach, sitzen aber abends mal gerne zusammen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und leben gerne miteinander, die WG ist unser Zuhause. Insgesamt mögen wir, dass es ruhiger bei uns zugeht. Da wir zu fünft sind, achtet jeder von uns auf einander und schaut, dass es ordentlich ist. Aktuell wohnen in unserer WG:
Sophie (27), Französisch, arbeitet bei adidas. Sie beschäftigt sich gerne mit verschiedenen Sportarten, wie zum Beispiel Fußball oder Boxen und verbringt gerne Zeit bei einem gemeinsamen Frühstück oder Grillen. Sophie ist sehr aktiv, geht gerne mit Freunden in die Stadt und mag es zu reisen.
Jan (27), Deutsch, und wohnt erst seit kurzem in dieser Wohngemeinschaft. Er kommt ursprünglich aus Kiel und macht zurzeit sein Praktikum und danach seine Bachlorthesis bei Siemens. In der Freizeit treibt er viel Sport. Vorallem das Bouldern hat es ihm angetan.
Sandra (23), Deutsch, arbeitet als Berufs- und Studienberaterin und macht aktuell ihren Master. Sie ist immer gerne unterwegs, liebt es zu kochen und geht gerne zum Boxen.

We are looking for a new house-mate who can complete our 5-person house share. During the week, we all work in our jobs but enjoy sitting together in the evening. We enjoy living together, the house-share is our home. Generally we enjoy things being calmer around our house. As we are five people, everyone respects each other and looks to keep things orderly. Currently in our house-share we are:
Sophie (27), French, works at adidas. She enjoys practicing sports like soccer or boxing but also likes to spend some time in the house for a nice breakfast or BBQ. Sophie is very active, likes to hang out in town and travels often.
Jan (27), German, lives here since a few months. Is originally from Kiel and went to Nuremburg to do his internship and his Bachelor-thesis at Siemens. In his freetime he likes to do Sport, especially bouldering.
Sandra (23), German, is currently working on her masters degreee. Besides that, she works as a career consultant and loves to spent time abroad. She also likes to cook and boxing
