Zum 1.10.2019 wird die 2er WG im 2015 erbauten Studentenwohnheim No.45 in nur Nürnberg frei. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine ca. 50qm große Wohnung mit 2 identisch möblierten Zimmern (ca. 19qm), Küche und Bad. Alles ist sehr modern und stylisch eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner, welche mit Marken bedient werden können.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Müller, Norma und zahlreiche Restaurants / Bars. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Ebenso die Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 15-20 min an der Universität oder TH. Mit der U-Bahn sind es maximal 10min.
Die Stadt ist auch bequem in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der U-Bahn sind es 2 Haltestellen.
Beide Zimmer werden frei und sind demnach ab Ende September / 1.10 einzugsbereit.
Voraussetzung für das Wohnen im Wohnheim ist allerdings, dass du Bafög bekommst, weil es ein von dem Freistaat Bayern gefördertes Wohnheim ist.
