One room is free in 3 bedroom apartment. The room is approximately 14m² and comes with loft bed, chair, table and shelf. The furniture will stay in the room (there are no payments for that). You can also take it out later if you want to.
Location
As you can see from the pictures, the apartment is located next to Bärenschanze ubahn station. The area is well connected with the ubahn and bus. 2 stops away from the city center. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Norma and Aldi are just 5 minutes away.
Flateshare type
You will be sharing apartment with two friendly and easy going people. Important is that you willing to socialize with the flatemates. For e.g cooking together, talking and having a beer or two in the kitchen or sometimes going out. We want a home like environment in the WG. But of course, we understand that people need private time as well after a busy day at work. English is spoken in the WG.
People living in the apartment:
Ahmed (29) comes from Pakistan and has been livng in Germany for over 3 years. He finished his studies last month in Marketing and is soon starting work as an online marketing manager.
the other flatmate name is also Ahmed (28) comes from Libya and is working as optician. He has been living in Germany for 7 years.
We would prefer to have someone who is working and is in the same age bracket but we would consider students as well. As long as we get along.
Miscellaneous
The room will be available from the 1st of November However, before is also possible. The warm rent is 280 euros (the landlord might increase it to 290 euros). Additional cost apart from 280 euros would be of internet and GEZ which will be shared amongst 3 people. It is 20 euors per person.
