Die WG befindet sich im ruhigen und zentralen Himpfelshof, ein Teil von Gostenhof und absolute Premiumlage. Zum Knotenpunkt Plärrer mit sämtlichen Verkehrsmittelanbindungen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur 5min zu Fuß. In der Innenstadt ist man in 10min zu Fuß.
Weitere Himpfelshof Highlights: Der Rosenaupark gleich ums Eck mit Kiosk, Restaurants wie die spanische Bodega El Gato, oder das griechische Restaurant Graf Moltke.
