Hallo zusammen,
ich suche dringend eine/n Nachmieter/in für unsere WG.
Die Wohnung ist 80 qm. Das Zimmer ( ca. 10qm ) und komplett möbliert, mit allem was man so braucht.
Eine komplette eingerichtete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ein netter Putzdienst kommt 1 bis 2 Mal im Monat und reinigt die Wohnung (bis auf das eigene Zimmer). Eine Telefon-und Internetflatrate, ist in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Lage:
Es sind nur 5 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, von dort aus dauert es 8 Minuten bis zur nächsten U-Bahnstation der U1(Maximilianstraße). Ein großer real-Markt mit Media- Markt ist innerhalb von 15 Min. zu Fuß erreichen. Für den kleinen Hunger zwischen durch ist ein McDonalds und ein Burger King in der Nähe. Zum HBF sind es insgesamt ca. 20 Min.

Die Leute hier sind super nett und unkompliziert.
