Ich (Jan) suche einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin, da meine bisherige Mitbewohnerin mit ihrem Freund zusammen zieht.
Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock und ist gesamt ca. 78qm groß und relativ ruhig.
Dein Zimmer is ca. 14qm groß.
Die Möbel im Zimmer der Vormieterin können bei Bedarf abgelöst werden (Bett, Schrank).
Sonstiges zur Wohnung
- Balkon mit einer super Aussicht :-)
- Küche ist vorhanden und größtenteils eingerichtet.
- Eine Waschmaschine ist im Waschraum des Hauses nutzbar.
- Wohnzimmer etc. ist ebenfalls größtenteils eingerichtet.
- Ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist frei und kann bei Bedarf gemietet werden.
- Großes Wohn-/Esszimmer
- Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station Hohe Marter. Die Autobahn ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Nightliner hält fast direkt vor der Tür :)
Falls du ein Auto hast, kannst du den TG-Stellplatz für 60€ mieten.
Ich suche jemanden, mit dem man entspannt eine Wohnung teilen kann.
Über ein ein gemütliches Bier am Abend, gelegentlich gemeinsam Kochen, Filme schauen etc. würde ich mich freuen, ist aber keine zwingende Bedingung. Alles kann, nichts muss.
Zu mir: Ich bin selbstständig, hab Informatik studiert und bin im Moment größtenteils im Büro ;-) Ansonsten spiele ich in meiner Freizeit E-Bass oder mache Sport.
