Das Zimmer würde ich gerne (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen) mit Schrank, Bett, Regal und großem Schreibtisch vermieten. Eine E-Heizung ist eingebaut, die Gasheizung steht im Zimmer meines Mitbewohners und heizt den Rest der Wohnung. Die Zimmerwände sind noch von dem Vorbewohner rosa und haben ein braunes Viereck an der Stelle, wo ein Teil des Schrankes stand. Aber ich denke das lässt sich ein halbes Jahr aushalten. Habe es selbst ausprobiert.
Die Wohnung liegt wie schon in der Beschreibung erwähnt im Süden Nürnbergs. Zur U-Bahn Station Frankenstraße läuft man 150m und fährt 3 Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Vom Hauptbahnhof fährt man dann noch eine Station bis zur Ohm-Hochschule.
Mein Mitbewohner, mit welchem du dann zukünftig leben würdest ist relativ pflegeleicht. Er ist ein Fan von einigen Serien, zockt ab und zu PS3 und geht auch gerne mal was trinken. Er studiert an der OHM hier in Nürnberg und fährt ab und zu mal übers Wochenende nach Hause. Er ist Zweck-WG geeignet hat aber auch nichts gegen eine ganz normale WG.
Da die Waschmaschine am Anfang des Jahres verreckt ist, müsstest du zum Waschsalon um die Ecke (max. 200m von hier) oder bei deinen Eltern waschen. Dafür haben wir aber eine Spülmaschine, was sich bisher als echter Luxus erwiesen hat.
