Die Wohnung liegt sehr hell im 4.Stock in einer 2018 sanierten Altbauwohnung.
Das Bad ist neu, genauso wie die Küche und alle Böden und die Wände.
Die Heizungsanlage ist ebenfalls komplett neu, was zu geringerem Gasverbrauch führt.
Sehr ruhige Lage in einer Einbahnstraße mit sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.( 3 Minuten Fußweg)
Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe z.B Edeka (1Minute) Bäcker ,Döner ,viele Restaurants etc. in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Wohnung, wohnt Steve( Student) und Marcus( berufstätig).
Das WG Leben ist entspannt. Es kann zusammen gekocht oder gemeinsame Dinge unternommen werden. Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht auch kein Problem.
Es gibt einen Putzplan in der WG, damit sich alle wohlfühlen können. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Nur Kommode nehme ich mit.Besichtigung ist nach Absprache möglich.
