Weltoffene Südstadt WG

Wir befinden uns sehr nah der Frankenstraße, also super für die Öffis. Wir haben einen Innenhof für Fahrräder und ein kleines Kellerabteil. Ein Lidl und eine Norma sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt gegenüber von uns ist der Südpunkt, toll zur Freizeit Gestaltung. Ich geh z.B. unter anderem mal zu den Yoga Kursen 🙂
Auch nicht weit weg ist das McFit und ein nettes Shisha Kaffee.

We are close to Frankenstraße, so we’re are very close to public transport. We have a small quad where we can store bikes and a small basement. There is a Lidl and a Norma in walking distance from the place. Across from the apartment is the Südpunkt which is a great culture center with yoga classes for example. We’re also very close to a gym and a nice hookah cafe.

Ich bin die Verena, ich bin 30 und lebe hier mit 2 Katzen Bowie und Grassy. Meine Mitbewohner ziehen aus und ich suche 2 tolle neue.
Ich bin ein sehr weltoffener Mensch, lebe zum Großteil vegan und arbeite viel von zu Hause.
In meiner Freizeit geh ich gern wandern, ins Theater oder mal was trinken.

Ich arbeite als Schauspielerin und Model und muss deswegen des öfteren bis in die späten Abendstunden noch drehen, aber selbiges tu ich in meinem Zimmer mit verschlossenen Türen, deswegen sollte man es eigentlich nicht hören. Nur falls du extrem Lärm empfindlich sein solltest, könnte ich mir vorstellen dass das ein Problem werden könnte.

Mit ist wichtig dass meine zukünftigen Mitbewohner schon etwas WG Erfahrung mitbringen und bestenfalls und mit Tieren umgehen können.
Meine Katzen Bowie und Grassy sind absolut meine Verantwortung aber ich möchte mit jemandem zusammenwohnen der kein Problem mit ihnen hat.

Die Tatsache dass ich das erwähnen muss ist sehr traurig aber:

In der WG fände ich es cool wenn man nen Putzplan aufstellt (ich bin aber auch einer Putzfrau nicht abgeneigt, müssen wir drüber reden) und man ein offenes miteinander pflegt.
Wir müssen keine besties sein, aber Zweckwg kommt für mich nicht in Frage.

Zur Info, ich kann die Entscheidung wer einzieht nicht alleine treffen meine Vermieter wollen dich auch kennenlernen.

Und zuletzt, bitte verwendet das Kennwort „Katzenspielzeug“ anders schau ich mir eure Nachrichten nicht an.

I’m Verena, I’m 30 and I live here with my two cats Bowie and Grassy. My roommates are moving out and I’m looking for two great new roommates.
I’m a very open person, I’m vegan most of the time and I work from home. In my free time I like to go hiking, go to the theatre and go for drinks with friends.

I work as an actress and model and therefore lots of times I need to shoot until pretty late at night but I close my doors so you hopefully don’t hear anything. But in the case that you’re VERY noise sensitive I think we won’t be a good fit.

I’m expecting my new roommates to already have lived in Roomate situations and have experience with it and be good with animals.

But my cats Bowie and Grassy are my responsibilities.

It’s sad that I have to note this but ****I absolutely do it accept any form of racism, homophobia, ableism or anti vaccers.****

In the Apartment I’d like us to either make a plan for cleaning or discuss getting cleaning help.
I’d like us to get along living with each other, we don’t need to be besties but I’m not open for just “Co-living”.
