wir suchen ab April eine/n Nachmieter/in für ein WG-Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG, aus der ich leider ausziehen werde!
Katha bleibt in der WG wohnen und freut sich auf eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Die wichtigste Voraussetzung ist, dass wir uns gut verstehen! 😊
Das Zimmer hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 18 qm2 und kann bei Interesse teilmöbliert übernommen werden (Bett, Kallax, Schrank).
Das Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer plus Küche mit Balkon und Keller. Das Bad und die Toilette sind getrennt.
Zu deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin: Katha (24) studiert derzeit im Master Personal und Arbeit und arbeitet nebenbei als Werkstudentin. Da wir uns sehr gut verstanden haben, haben wir auch öfter mal was zusammen unternommen, haben gekocht, waren feiern oder haben einfach zusammen Serien geschaut.. wäre natürlich cool, wenn das wieder so wird. 😊
Bei Interesse meldet euch gerne bei uns und erzählt uns ein bisschen was von euch! :)
Die Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Haustür und benötigt ca. 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem sind der Luitpolthain und der Dutzendteich in Fußnähe.
Ein Edeka ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.
