Bewohner- und freie Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Haus liegt an einer Fahrrad- und einer Spielstraße, daher ist es ruhig. Innerhalb des Hauses liegt die Wohnung im EG. Es entfällt also das Treppensteigen.

Ubicación de edificio antiguo muy agradable con buena situación de suministro, muchas tiendas, varios artesanos, restaurantes, pubs, piscina, parque.
Metro/tranvía en 4 minutos, estación principal en 5-10 minutos a pie/metro. Detrás está el centro histórico de la ciudad vieja de Nuremberg.
Hay plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas y para residentes disponibles. La casa está en una calle de juegos y bicicletas, por lo que es tranquila. Dentro de la casa, el apartamento está en la planta baja. Así que no hay necesidad de subir escaleras.
Aktuell wohnen in der WG Tomas aus Chile und Kettiya aus Thailand. Die aktuellen Bewohner beteiligen sich natürlich an der Mitbewohnerauswahl. Man wohnt ja zusammen. Ich bin auch gelegentlich dort, um Dinge zu erledigen.
