The room is like 15m². In the moment it has no furniture, but we could help you to furnish it.
Unser Haus befindet sich auf einem Hügel im Ortsteil Bühl neben einer Kirche.
Rundherum sind viele Wanderwege, Wiesen und Wald, der Naturpark Fränkische Schweiz (Wandern und Klettern) ist nah.
Zu Fuss sind es bergab etwa 5 min und bergauf etwa 10 min zum Bahnhof.
Die Züge fahren pendlerfreundlich stündlich nach Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof, Dauer ca. 40 Minuten.
Autobahnnähe (4km zur A9). 30km-40km von Nürnberg entfernt, je nach Stadtteil.
Klassische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Ärzte etc. im nahegelegenen Schnaittach, wobei wir den Einkauf eigentlich sowieso gemeinsam organisieren.

Our house is in a small village on top of a hill, next to a church.
We are surrounded by nature, you can go hiking, and the Nature park "frankonian switzerland" is very close (famous area for hiking and climbing).
Distance to Nuremberg 30-40km, Autobahn A9 closeby.
Train station is about 5-10 minutes walking and leaves each hour to Nuremberg, it takes like 40 min. to get to Nuremberg main station.
Shopping in nearby town called Schnaittach, but we usually organize it together anyway.
Wir sind der simmelknoedel e.V. und leben seit mehreren Jahren auf dem Bühl. Wir sind ein Projekt für gemeinschaftliches Leben.
Wir teilen uns eine große Gemeinschaftsfläche (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Werkstatt u.A.)Wir haben Gemeinschaftsprojekte wie Hühner, Garten, Holz selbst machen, Imkerei und andere. Wir interessieren und für Selbstversorgung, Eigenproduktion von Lebensmitteln, Heimwerken, Saunieren, zusammen essen.
Als ZwischenmieterIn wäre es schön, wenn du dich für so ein Zusammenleben interessierst, aber du wirst keine großen Pflichten für unsere Projekte übernehmen müssen.
Du bist hier richtig, wenn du gerne naturnah sein möchtest, offen bist für ein paar neue Leute und vielleicht Lust hast, dich ab und zu mal mit einzubringen.
Es gibt insgesamt 13 private Zimmer die bewohnt werden können. Derzeit wohnen hier 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder zwischen 2 und 42 Jahren.

We are a house sharing community, which has many co-working projects to create a sustainable living. Co-working and co-living is very important for us.
We share kitchen, living room, workshop. We have chicken, a big yard, bees and chop our own wood. We do a lot of DIY. We share food, eat together and do Sauna toghether.
As a temporary housemate it would be nice if you are a little interested in our idea of living together, but you won't have big duties for our projects.
This is the right place, if you like to live close to nature and are open for some new people and a co-living experience. At the moment we are 8 adult and 3 children (2,11,14 years) living here.
Plenum 2mal im Monat für alle festen Bewohner, ZwischenmieterInnen als Gast, aber keine Pflicht.
Das Haus ist nicht das Neueste, wir restaurieren viel selbst und gelegentlich gibt es Baustellen hier und da.
Im Gemeinschaftsbereich heizen wir (und kochen im Winter) ausschließlich mit Holz, in den Zimmern mit Öl.

Every second week we have a reunion, for temporary housemates not a duty, but welcome to join.
The house is not the newest, so for example we repair a lot on our own and always have some construction side places in the house.
In the common area we heat (and cook in wintertime) exclusively with wood, in private rooms with fuel oil.
