Das helle Zimmer mit 10m² verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon von 2m² in einer 4-Personen-WG.
Es ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, einem Bett und einem Schrank mit Spiegel ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer befindet sich auf derselben Etage.
Jede Etage verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, so dass es morgens keine Staus gibt.
Das Erdgeschoss ist unser gemeinsamer Treffpunkt, hier befindet sich die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, das Esszimmer, das Wohnzimmer, sowie der Garten und die Terrasse.
Die WG-Zimmer liegen auf den anderen Etagen, Zimmertür zu und man hat seine Ruhe.
Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind im Keller.

The bright room with 10m² has its own balcony of 2m² in a 4-person flat share.
It is furnished with a desk, chair, bed and a closet with a mirror. The bathroom is on the same floor.
Each floor has its own bathroom, so there are no conflics in the morning.
The ground floor is our common area, here is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, the dining room, the living room, as well as the garden and the terrace.
The rooms are on the other floors, close the room door and you have your own space.
The washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
5 Min ist dIie S-Bahn Station, der Bio-Laden, der Zahnarzt und Friseur entfernt. 10 Min ist die Busstation, die Post, die Sparkasse, die Apotheke, die Arztpraxis, der Blumenladen und der Schreibwarenladen enfernt.
Die Universität ist mit der S und U-Bahn in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die FH ebefalls in 15 Minuten mit der S-Bahn.
