Update 21.03.: es sind noch Zimmer vorhanden. Besichtigungen sind für kommendes Wochenende geplant. Bei Interesse gerne melden.
Die Zimmer sind ca. 10-14qm groß. Sie sind durch die Dachfenster sehr hell und einladend. Besonders WG freundlich macht die Wohnung ein zweites vollwertiges Badezimmer. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine recht große Abstellkammer die ggf. Auch als Mini Gästezimmer nutzbar ist.
In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahn Haltestelle Maximilianstrasse. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Supermärkte, Ärzte, Apotheken, Restaurants, etc.). Auf der A73 ist man in 1 Minute, von daher ist die WG speziell für Pendler sehr gut geeignet.
Nachdem es sich um eine Neugründung handelt ist das WG Leben noch vollkommen frei zu gestalten. :)
Eine Waschmaschine ist zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung vorhanden.
Die Miete definiert sich je nach Größe der Zimmer:
Ca. 11qm: 310€

Ca. 14qm: 350€
Zustzätzlich kann optional ein Aussenstellplatz für 29€ mit angemietet werden.
