ich suche eine/n Mieter/in (gerne auch erst mal zur Zwischenmiete) für ein schönes, helles Zimmer in der Südstadt.

Das Zimmer hat 14 qm Zimmer,
Wohnzimmer 19 qm, kann auch alternativ genommen werden
die gesamte Wohnung ca 75 qm, d.h. 3 Zimmer plus Küche mit Küchenzeile und Bad.
Die Wohnung ist im 3. OG in einem Mehrfamilienhaus (8 Parteien).
Die U-Bahn ist ums Eck (ca. 30m - Maffeiplatz), Parkplätze gibt es umsonst und ohne Anwohnerparkschein immer vor der Türe, zu Norma sind es ca. 50m.
Das Südstadtbad ist ca. 5 Fussminuten entfernt.
Küche ist komplett inkl. Herd und Backofen. Waschmaschine & Kühlschrank sind auch vorhanden (freue mich aber wenn Du Kühlschrank und/oder Waschmaschine mit bringst).
Die Warmmiete inklusive Strom/Gas/NK = 298 Euro
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist unkompliziert und macht seinen Master.
