Unsere gemütliche 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist vor 1 Jahr teilsaniert worden. Dein Zimmer hat sich dabei als echtes Schmuckstück entpuppt, als unter dem alten Laminat ein wunderschöner Holzdielenboden zum Vorschein kam.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zum Hinterhof, durch das du im Sommer auf grüne Bäume schaust. Der Raum ist auf Wunsch teilmöbliert mit allem, was du brauchst, kann aber auch komplett leer übernommen werden.
Our comfortable flat consists of 3 rooms and was partly sanified a 1 year ago. Your room turned out to be a real beauty, because of the timber piling we found under the old laminate.
The room has a big window overviewing the backyard with green trees. It has a rectangular shape and is - if you wish - partly furnished with everything you need.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zur Gudrunstraße. Zu Fuß 3 Minuten zur U1/11 und 5 Minuten zur Tram 5,6,8 und 9. Den Hauptbahnhof erreichen wir zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten.
Drogerie, mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Und das Südstadtbad ist auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt ;-)
Our flat is located in a quiet side road of Gudrunstraße. 3 minutes by foot to subway U1/U11 and 5 minutes to tram 5,6,8 and 9. It takes 10 minutes to walk to main railway station.
Drugstore, several supermarkets, restaurants and other shops are within 5 minutes from our flat. Besides, the Südstadtbad is only a stone's throw from here ;-)
Wir sind zwei Designstudenten. Ein gemeinsames WG-Leben ist uns wichtig: Wir kochen, kaufen ab und zu zusammen ein, gehen zusammen weg oder quatschen bei einem gemütlichen Bierchen in der Küche. Du solltest auch aufgeschlossen und an deinen neuen Mitbewohnern interessiert sein.
We are two Design students. You'll fit in with us best if you will sometimes join us in the following: cooking, shopping (at the supermarket), going out, or sitting in the kitchen with a nice beer. You should also be open-minded and interested in your new flat mates. :)
