Ich gehe für ein Semester ins Ausland, und möchte daher mein Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum vermieten.
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein helles, möbliertes Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster und schicken Möbeln unter anderem einem Schreibtisch, Sideboard, 1.40m breitem Bett und Sitzmöglichkeiten.
I'm spending a semester abroad, which is the reason why I am looking for someone to move into my room during that time. It is a well-lit chamber with designer furniture such as a desk, sideboard, 1.40m bed and chairs.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sie liegt in der schönen Südstadt im Lichtenhofviertel. In der direkten Umgebung befinden sich ausschließlich andere Wohnhäuser, sowie ein Kindergarten und der Annapark. Sowohl am Tag als auch in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind mit dem nur 3 Minuten entfernten Maffeiplatz (U1 & Bus) und dem 7 Minuten entfernten Aufseßplatz (Tram (5,6) U1 & Bus perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Viertel sind zahlreiche Parkplätze, Fahrräder können im Innenhof des Gebäudes abgestellt werden.
Prime location in the southern part of Nuremberg. Surrounded by other residential buildings, a park and a kindergarten. Due to that there's only little traffic and it's calm most of the time. From the flat you can get to the underground station Maffeiplatz in less than three minutes, to reach the cable car lines 5 and 6 at the station Aufseßplatz you need seven minutes. There's room for bikes in the courtyard, there are several parking lots in the neighborhood.
Es handelt es sich um eine 75 Quadratmeter große 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Das zweite Zimmer wird von einem 20 Jährigen Studenten bewohnt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung sind das Wohnzimmer (Mit 40 Zoll-Fernseher, Playstation und HiFi-Anlage) und die Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Ein Balkon mit Tisch Richtung Innenhof ist an die Küche angeschlossen. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ist vom WC separiert. Zur weiteren Nutzung bieten sich Keller- & Dachbodenabteil an. Es handelt sich um keine reine Zweck-WG, gesucht wird ein aktiver WG-Mitbewohnerfür gemeinschaftliches Zusammenwohnen.
The flat is 75 square meters big and has three rooms. A twenty year old student lives in the second room. Flat-sharing rooms include a kitchen (microwave, oven and fridge), a living room with a TV and Hi-Fi system. The balcony has a small table and two chairs to sit and eat. The bathroom is separated from the toilet and includes a shower as well as a bathtub. If you need to store anything there's plenty of room in basement and the attic.
We are looking for someone who likes to participate in social activities.
Wenn gewünscht, kann die Wohnung auch erst zum 1. September bezogen werden. Früherer Einzug wird jedoch bevorzugt.
