Hallo!
Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral, man braucht zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten in die Innenstadt und 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Eine U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind 2 Minuten entfernt.
Meine Mädels sind super Mitbewohnerinnen, ohne Zicken-Terror und Putzwahn. Wir haben eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und DVD-Player, Klo und Bad getrennt und einen netten Balkon.
Die Wohnung an sich befindet sich in einem Altbau, 4. Stock. Sie ist wie eine WG sein sollte ;) Mit bunten Wänden und einfach zum Wohlfühlen!
Das alles gibt für nur 210€, also meldet euch schnell ;)
