Helles, großes Zimmer mit zwei Fenstern (nach Norden ausgerichtet, so bleibt kühl im Sommer - auch dank der Deckenventilator, der bleibt). Das Zimmer liegt in der Mitte des Flurs und hat eine Größe von ca. 20 qm. Der Einzug ist ab dem 1.Juli möglich. Es wäre toll, wenn Du die Möbel übernehmen könntest: IKEA-Bett mit Matratze, 2 Kleiderschränke, Schreibtisch, Ein-Personen-Sofa, zwei kleine IKEA-Tische. Sie können es auf dem ersten Bild sehen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmern entlang des Flurs, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, ein Abstellraum/Waschraum (Waschmaschine mit Wäscheständer) sowie zwei Bäder (Hauptbad mit Badewanne) und eine gemütliche Küche (Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und vieles mehr). Der Balkon ist zum Innenhof hin und lädt zum verweilen ein. Dein Fahrrad kannst du bequem im Innenhof abstellen und abschließen. Bilder der Wohnung folgen!

Bright, large room with two windows (facing North so stays cool in the summer – also thanks to the ceiling fan, which is staying). The room is located in the middle of the hallway and has a size of about 20 square meters. It is possible to move in from the 1st of July. It would be great if you can take over the furniture: IKEA bed with mattress, 2 wardrobes, desk, one-person sofa, two small tables IKEA. You can see it in the first picture.
The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms along the hallway, a spacious living room, a storage room/laundry room (washing machine with clothes rack) and two bathrooms (the main bathroom has a bathtub) and a cozy kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and much more). The balcony is facing the courtyard and invites you to linger. You can easily park and lock your bike in the courtyard. Pictures of the flat will follow or can show you directly in the onsite/online viewing :) you could move in on Aug 20th or September 1st. We can talk about it!
Zentraler kann man in Nürnberg nicht wohnen. Du lebst direkt in der Altstadt Nürnberg! 1 min Fußweg zur nächsten U-Bahn und etwa 7 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Nürnbergs Shopping Meile findest du auch gleich ums Eck.
In direkter Nähe findest du alles was du zum Leben brauchst wie Metzger, Bäcker, Supermarkt und (nun zum Glück wieder) das Nürnberger Nachtleben. ;)
You cannot be more central in Nuremberg. Lorenzkirche U-Bahn is 1 min walk away and the centraltrain station about 7min. Nuremberg’s shopping district is just around the corner.
In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need to live (butcher, baker, supermarket), and (now fortunately again) the Nuremberg nightlife ;)
In der WG leben Bidhan (32), Johannes (26) und Janik (26). Du wärst der Vierte. Alle sind berufstätig oder studieren und sind super nette und entspannte Leute. Bidhan arbeitet bei der VAG, Johannes arbeitet bei Siemens und Janik studiert Betriebswirtschaft und arbeitet als Werkstudent. Da wir nunmehr zum schwer arbeitenden Volk gehören, sitzen wir unter der Woche Abends gerne mal auf ein oder zwei Bierchen zusammen und lassen den Tag ausklingen. An den Wochenenden können es auch mal ein paar Bierchen oder Gläschen Wein mehr sein :) Wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergibt, sind wir auch einer kleinen Fete nicht abgeneigt.
In the WG live Bidhan (32), Johannes (26) and Janik (26). You'd be the fourth one. All are working or studying and are super nice and relaxed people. Bidhan is working at the VAG, Johannes works at Siemens and Janik is studying business whilst working too. Since we belong to the hard working people, we like to sit together for one or two beers in the evenings during the week and let the day end. On the weekends it can also be a few beers or glasses of wine more :) If the opportunity arises, we are also not averse to a small party.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt / Englisch ist kein Problem / Master-Student oder Arbeitend erwünscht.
