The room is partially furnished, which means that the bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk and chair are included. There are two large windows facing west, making it ideal for doing yoga or exercise in the room (the room is quite large!). The floor is completely covered with a dirt-resistant carpet and is therefore easy to clean. The walls are soundproof. The apartment is excellently equipped with a spacious kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven). There are two large refrigerators and freezers. The sanitary facilities are also modern.

The location of the apartment in Nuremberg's old town, directly opposite the German National Museum, is great. The main train station is about a five-minute walk away and the nearest subway station (Opera House) is a three-minute walk away. The Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at Friedrich-Alexander University (FAU) is about a 20-minute walk away. It only takes about 30 minutes by train to get to the FAU campus in Erlangen. Not far from the apartment there are various shops for daily needs (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, clothing and shoe stores) as well as a wide range of nightlife options.

The shared flat is very international (Indian, Indonesian, Turkish, Japanese, German). We often cook together and learn each other's language. After dinner we sometimes go for a walk and a stroll in Nuremberg's old town. We also organize girl nights, where we eat comfortably or go to bars. We all respect each other's privacy, but you never feel alone because there is always someone at home😊

The shared apartment is a private student residence. Accordingly, you must present a current proof of enrollment once a year. In addition, the shared apartment is also ideal for you if you are a student but are only coming to Nuremberg for an internship. But please note that the minimum rental period is 6 months.
