in der Stern WG (wgnuernberg.de) wird mein Zimmer frei, da ich umziehen werde.
Es handelt sich um ein 14qm Zimmer mit riesiger Gemeinschaftsfläche: 4 Bäder, große Küche, Waschraum, Abstellraum, Fahrradkeller und Dachterrasse!
Mitten in der Stadt in allerbester Lage:
-1 Minute zum CityPoint
-3 Minuten zum Bahnhof
-2 Minuten zum Aldi
und so weiter...
wer Lust hat kann sich das Zimmer mal ansehen.
Voraussetzungen sind, dass Du Student bist und mindestens 6 Monate hier wohnst.
Der Mietpreis ist inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Internet, d.h. KEINE versteckten Kosten mehr.
