Helles Zimmer in sympathischer 3er-WG in der Innenstadt

Die Lage ist grandios – die Wohnung ist direkt in der Innenstadt im Dreieck zwischen Plärrer, Weißem Turm und Opernhaus (alles auch U-/Straßenbahnhaltestellen). Die S-Bahnhaltestelle Steinbühl kann in etwa 7 Minuten erreicht werden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Aldi, Marktkauf, DM, Ebl in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Imbiss-Buden und diverse Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso kurz ist der Fußweg in die Innenstadt.

Wir wohnen im 2.Stock über einem Club, den du von Donnerstag bis Sonntag in deinem Zimmer hörst. Die Wohnung hat jedoch sehr gute Fenster, sodass du trotzdem gut schlafen wirst.

The location is great - the apartment is right in the city center between Plärrer, White Tower and Opera House (all also U-bahn/tram stops). The S-Bahn station Steinbühl can be reached in about 7 minutes. Shops: Rewe, Aldi, Marktkauf, DM, Ebl in 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Snack stalls and various restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Equally short is the walk to the city center.

We live on the 2nd floor above a club, which you hear from Thursday to Sunday in your room. However, the apartment has very good windows, so you will still sleep well.

Du wohnst zusammen mit zwei tollen Mitbewohnern. Jean kommt aus Paris und arbeitet bei Adidas als 3D-Designer. Fabian ist aus Köln und arbeitet am Staatstheater Nürnberg. Raphael, der aktuell in dem Zimmer wohnt, zieht mit seiner Freundin zusammen - aber nur einmal quer über den Hof, sodass er uns erhalten bleibt. Überhaupt ist das ganze Haus ist ein bunter Mix mit WGs und Leuten aus verschiedenen Ländern und Kulturen. Gemeinsam geht’s zum Sport, auf ein Bier in die Stadt, oder man kocht, spielt, quatscht zusammen auf einem der vielen Balkone, die alle zum Hof hin ausgerichtet sind, so dass im Sommer ein mehrstöckiges Wohnzimmer entsteht. Wenn du Lust darauf hast, findest du hier auf jeden Fall schnell Anschluss. Aber es gilt natürlich auch das übliche "alles kann, nix muss"-Prinzip. Wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst ist das auch immer möglich.

Jean is from Paris and works at Adidas as a 3D designer, Fabian is from Cologne and works at the Staatstheater Nürnberg. Raphael, who currently lives in the room, moves in with his girlfriend - but only a few meters across the yard so he will stay close by. Actually, the whole house is a colorful mix with shared flats and people from different countries and cultures. Together we go to sport, for a beer in the city, or we cook, play, chat together on one of the many balconies, which are all aligned to the courtyard, so that in summer a multistorey living room is created. If you feel like it, you will definitely find fast connection here. Of course, the usual "everything can, but doesnt have to" principle applies as well. If you need your rest, that's always possible.
