Achtung! Bitte beachtet, dass das Zimmer nur zur Untermiete bis Januar frei ist! Dein perfekt geschnittenes Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon, auf dem der morgentliche Kaffee besonders gut schmeckt. Es wird ausgestattet sein mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem offenen Kleiderschrank mit Kommode.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Stockwerken mit der Küche, dem WC, dem separaten Badezimmer (Dusche und Badewanne), Waschküche und Esszimmer auf dem ersten Stockwerk der Wohnung und einem Wohnzimmer sowie einer DACHTERRASSE (!!!) auf dem zweiten Stockwerk. Die Küche ist eigentlich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Sandwich-Maker und und und. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Fernseher mit Netflix-Zugang. In den Nebenkosten auch enthalten ist ein Reinigungsdienst für das Treppenhaus, die Reinigungskraft für die Wohnung selbst und natürlich WLAN. In die Wohnung gelangt man entweder über die Treppe oder bequem über den Aufzug, der direkt in die Wohnug fährt.
Please note that the room is only available for sublet until January! Your bright and charming room will be in an apartment on the fourth floor with a balcony where you can enjoy your coffee every morning. The furniture in your room won't be exactly the same as in the picture. You'll have a different desk and a different bed, the dresser drawer and the clothes reck in the corner can stay, if you like them (everything is part of the rent). Please note that the deposit mentioned above is not the price for the furniture. You will get it back if no damage is done to either the apartment or the furniture.
We have a big bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a separate restroom, a modern kitchen (with a dish-washer!), a dining room, and on the second floor of the apartment there's a living room and a beautiful rooftop terrace. If you need extra storage you can use the basement. The additional costs mentioned above include a janitorial service which cleans the staircase, Netflix, wifi, and a cleaner for the apartment. To get into the apartment you can either use the stairs or the elevator which brings you right into the apartment!
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Opernhaus, Plärrer und Weißer Turm (U-/Straßenbahnhaltestellen) sind fußläufig in etwa 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso kurz ist der Fußweg in die Innenstadt.
Die S-Bahnhaltestelle Steinbühl kann in etwa 7 Minuten erreicht werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Aldi, Marktkauf, DM, Ebl in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Imbiss-Buden und diverse Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is in the center of Nuremberg with the city center right around the corner. The subway stations Opernhaus, Plärrer, and Weißer Turm are only about 2 minutes away. You can reach the train station Steinbühl in about 7 minutes. Grocery stores like Rewe, Aldi, Marktkauf, DM, or Ebl are within walking distance. There are various restaurants nearby.
Momentan sind wir drei Männer (Max, Matze, Marcel) und ich (Nouri). Außer mir sind alle berufstätig und somit von morgens bis früh abends auf der Arbeit. Danach wird zusammen gekocht, gequatscht und meistens noch eine Serie oder ein Film geguckt. Max und Matze gehen auch gerne zusammen Sport machen und freuen sich immer, wenn jemand dabei ist. Da wir wirklich viel Zeit miteinander verbringen und das Zusammenleben sehr familiär ist, legen wir Wert auf eine Person, die offen ist und keine Vorurteile hat. Wenn du deine Ruhe haben willst, wird das natürlich respektiert. Ansonsten findest du immer ein offenes Ohr, falls Gesprächsbedarf besteht. Kommunikation und ein spannungsfreies Zusammenleben sollten an erster Stelle stehen. In unserem Haus sind fast ausschließlich WGs, die miteinander vernetzt sind. Wir unternehmen auch mal was miteinander, helfen uns gegenseitig und haben uns sowieso alle lieb. Wenn wir uns im Sonner nicht gerade auf der Dachterasse aufhalten, gehen wir in die MUZ, den Z-Bau, ins Stereo oder irgendwelche Straßenfeste und Orte, die uns so nehmen, wie wir sind. Im Winter sind die Tage dann gemütlicher, ganz viel Tee, Spiele- und Filmabende dort, wo gerade jemand Gesellschaft haben möchte. Je nach WG-Konstellation sind auch immer wieder mal Partys im Haus, obwohl das in den letzten Monaten eher selten vorkam.
At the moment, there are 3 guys (Max, Matze, Marcel) and me (Nouri) living in the apartment. Everyone (except for me) has a regular job which means that we usually meet in the evening to make dinner, chat, and watch some Netflix together. Max and Matze like working out and are always happy to have some company. As we spend a lot of time together, we are looking for someone who is friendly and open-minded. However, if you need some time to yourself, we respect that.
The other people in the house also live in shared apartments. We sometimes hang out or go out to concerts, festivals, and clubs together. Depending on the apartment, there might be a party in the building every once in a while, although this hasn’t been the case in the last couple of months.
