Hello everyone! We are two girls looking for preferrably another two girls to live with, in a super spacious and FULLY SERVICED newly renovated apartment in the centre of historical Nuremberg!
We have two rooms available: one is 470 euro and the other, which is bigger, is 535 (the deposit is two months rent respectively). This is warm miete, which means that it costs - like energy, water, heating- are included (beside for the TV license as that is nominal by law and it is like 3-4 euro per month): you often see ads for kalt miete, meaning costs for water and electricity are extra, but in our flat that is all that you will pay per month, nothing more!
The rooms are perfect if you are just moving to the city: the apartment is fully serviced and the cost includes even the internet, the bedsheets, towers... everything you need to live there, so just bring your clothes, your photos and your personality :-)
You will get a comfortable double bed, nightstand, 3 door closet, table/desk, 3 chairs, a TV, shelves and a comfortable armchair or a full size sofa in the bigger room! All furniture is very new and in a really good state, like the rest of the flat. including kitchen furniture and the two bathrooms.
You also get a lot of light: the larger room has a full wall window, whereas the smaller one has a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking a private courtyard and even the steeple or Lorenz Kirche!
The location is absolutely great too: we are in a very quiet street located in the middle of town, behind Lorenz Kirche within the historical city walls!
The location could not be better: you have two very nice bars very close by and all that Nuremberg has to offer a further minute away, but the flat remains quiet and very comfortable. Additionally, the train station is 7 minutes away and we are super close to two of the metro stations: Lorenz Kirche and Hauptbanhof. Koenigstrasse, one of the main streets in town and partially pedestrianized, is a minute away.
We have supermarkets, shopping centres, banks, restaurants of all sorts in walking distance, so honestly it really could not be better.
There are 4 large rooms in the flat, plus a full bathroom and a half bathroom: it means that we have two toilets and two sinks, plus a lush full-size bathtub with shower.
We have a communal kitchen with two fridges and a table to sit three people, for when we want to hang out. There is already everything you may want or need there, but in case we see the need to replace the kitchen towels, or if a lightbulb breaks, or if we need some more toilet paper, we put together a few euros and someone goes and buy it. We share expenses, which are really very limited, so that everyone pays the same.
We are truly fully equipped: we have bike storage and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the basement (two euros per use), plus even the internet is included in the price!
Did we mention the lift/elevator yet? Yes, you can also move in all your suitcases, groceries and more using the lift renovated last year!
So, who are we? We are two girls with different jobs, ranging from classic office/work from home 9-17, to a mix of freelance work and German studies. Neither of us is German: one of us is British and the other Italian and we use English to communicate, but we are both ok with German and are studying the language further.
Our hours may be different and depending on the working hours, we may not see each other all that much, but we love living together and we are excited to get two more girls to live with!
We are sociable with one another but very respectful of each others privacy and space. Especially with covid, we will have occasional guests coming for dinner, or overnight visitors, but we like to keep it safe and not have a lot of visitors: incidentally, we are also both double vaccinated and are looking for two girls who are also PRO VACCINE!
We are looking for two more girls to share our flat with: our only request is that you must be happy to do your share of the weekly cleaning and be reasonably tidy. Other than that, we are open to anyone who may be interested in our little corner of Nuremberg!
