Ich wohne in einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Altstadt Nürnberg. Bin beruflich viel unterwegs und daher nur gelegentlich in der Wohnung (4-10 Tage im Monat). Ich würde gerne mein Wohnzimmer auf Dauer untermieten. Bevorzugt werden Personen, die längerfristig mieten wollen.
Im Wohnzimmer ist voll möbliert, wie aus den Fotos zu entnehmen ist. Auf Wunsch kann man das Zimmer umfunktionieren und mit eigenem Möbel besetzen.
In Altstadt Nürnberg, 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist Hauptbahnhof und 2 Minuten zu Fuß ist U Haltestelle Opernhaus.
Bin selten in der Wohnung und wenn schon dann fast ausschließlich am Wochenende. Ich koche sehr gerne und verbringe meine Freizeit mit meinem Sohn.
Mir ist wichtig, dass der Untermieter die Wohnung sauber hält und fleißig beim Reinigen ist.
