Das Zimmer ist völl möbiliert (großer Schrank, schminktisch, 1,60m Boxspringbett, Nachttisch, Regal). Zudem hat die Wohnung zusätzlich noch ein Wohnzimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung (mit Großem Flachbildschirm, Schreibtisch, Drucker, Regal). Auch in der Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Nespresso Maschine, Mikrowelle, Sodastream, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ... ).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral am Maffeiplatz in Nürnberg. Die U-Bahn Maffeiplatz liegt circa 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Zudem gibt es auch 2 Tram Stationen die in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar sind. Zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man etwa 15-20 Minuten.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind (Norma, Lidl, Rewe..).
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Nina macht momentan ein Praktikum und möchte ab dem Herbst ihren Master machen und ist eine super liebe und angenehme Mitbewohnerin!
