Hallo,
da ich umziehe wird mein Zimmer ab 07.02.09 wieder frei! Unsere nette zweier WG liegt ruhig, 5 min von der Uni entfernt und 10min von der Hochschule(FH). U-Bahn ist 1 min. entfernt und zu Bus und Tram sind es 3 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeinen, ein Buchladen, Bäckerei und andere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs liegen in direkter Umgebung. Außerdem ist die direkte Nähe zum Stadtpark sehr reitzvoll, auch im Zentrum ist man in 10min.
Das Zimmer hat 15 qm und ist durch das große Fenster sehr hell. In der Wohnung ist sonst auch schon alles vorhanden.
Mein Mitbewohner ist 26 Jahre und hat gerade sein Studium abgeschlossen. Bei Fragen oder Interesse meldet euch einfach bei uns!
