In unserer schönen Altbau-WG, nähe U-Bahn Haltestelle Maxfeld, wird ziemlich kurzfristig ein Zimmer frei (Anfang Juni).
Morgensonne, ruhige Lage, entspannte Nachbarn und nette Mitbewohner - erwarten dich :)
Neben deinem Zimmer sind noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Kicker, zwei Toiletten, Bad und Küche mit je einem kleinem Balkon zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gegeben.
Aber am besten einfach vorbeischauen und selber einen Eindruck machen!
In den Nebenkosten sind Gas, Wasser, Scheisse, Strom und Telefon/Internet enthalten.
Im näheren Umfeld sind natürlich alle Geschäfte zur Befriedigung alltäglicher Bedürfnisse vorhanden.
Also ran ans Telefon und zwar flott!

Die WG liegt direkt an der U-Bahn und ca. 5 Minuten von der WiSo entfernt...
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker gibt's en masse!
Parken ist zugegebenermaßen eine Katastrophe - v.a. spät abends!
Wir sind eine bunte Truppe aus Studenten, Azubis und hart Arbeitenden, aber dennoch keine reine Zweck WG, und suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin die zu uns passt und nicht nur 2 Monate bleiben will (;
