Ich vermiete von Anfang April bis Ende September mein 14 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer, da ich ein Praktikum im Ausland mache. Die 2er WG ist insgesamt ca. 73 qm groß und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer + 1 Gästezimmer + Küche + Bad + separates WC. Spülmaschine, Ofen und Waschmaschine sind neu und Geschirr ist auch vorhanden.
Die Miete beläuft sich inkl. aller Kosten auf 310 Euro. Die Kaution für das Zimmer beträgt 2 Monatsmieten.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den U-Bahn Stationen Maxfeld und Kaulbachplatz, die beide zu Fuß in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Ideal würde sich das Zimmer für Wiso-Studenten eignen, da man in nur 10-15 Min zu Fuß oder in 5 Min mit dem Fahrrad dort ist. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Aldi in nur 2 Min. Entfernung und auch Bäcker, Tankstelle etc. sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Christina ist 29 Jahre alt und ist gerade in ihrem Grundschulreferendariat.
