Hallo zusammen,
ich muss aus beruflichen Gründen für ein paar Monate ins Ausland und suche daher einen netten Zwischenmieter/in. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Kleiderstange, Regale, Schreibtisch, Bett mit Matratze) und geht zum sehr ruhigen Innenhof. Die super helle Wohnung hat insgesamt 120qm und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne und eine Dusche. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine & Spülmaschine.
Wir suchen einen netten, pflegeleichten und unkomplizierten Menschen, der ein Zimmer auf Zwischenmiete sucht. Gerne auch an Pendler und Wochenendheimfahrer. Zudem gibt es eine Putzfrau die alle zwei Wochen kommt.

Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Rewe, sowie mehrere Bäcker.
Ubahn 3 Richtung Hauptbahnhof fährt an der Haltestelle Maxfeld --> Gehweg ca. 5 Minute zu Fuß. Ansonsten ist man zur Fuß in 10 min in der Innenstadt und in 2 min an der FAU
