Es handelt sich um ein schönes und großes Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Ein Bett ist bereits vorhanden. Schreibtisch, Kommode und Sonstiges (Regale, kleiner Tisch, Couch) sollen vorzugsweise vom Vormieter abgekauft werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in Maxfeld in perfekter Lage. Edeka, Kreissparkasse, Apotheke, Park, Cafés, U-Bahn-Haltestelle und Bäcker sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Zur WISO sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. Die Ohm ist auch sehr gut zu erreichen.
Ich bin 28 Jahre alt und befinde mich im 4. Semester meines Studiums. Ich komme aus China, wohne aber schon einige Jahre in Deutschland. Ich bin sehr lebensfroh und immer gut gelaunt. Ich koche gerne und mache gern Sport. Ich freue mich auf eine/n nette/n, kommunikative/n Mitbewohner/in. Zwar gibt es keinen Gemeinschaftsraum wie ein Wohnzimmer oder Vergleichbares, ein gutes WG-Leben ist aber möglich.
Gerne könnt ihr mich per SMS ----/-------) kontaktieren. Das Inserat hat der Vormieter eingestellt, kontaktiert aber bitte mich (Qi) als eure zukünftige Mitbewohnerin. Handwerkliches Geschick ist wünschenswert, auch ein langfristiges (mind. 1 Jahr) Interesse am Zimmer wird gewünscht.
