Die Wohnung ist 82 Quadratmeter groß, eine 3 1/2-Zimmer Wohnung und als Zweier-WG ausgelegt. D.h. man hat relativ viel Platz zu einem nahezu unschlagbaren Mietpreis. Die Fenster sind alle neu und gut isoliert. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist relativ groß, geht direkt vom Wohnzimmer ab. Die Ausrichtung der Fenster ist Norden und Westen. Durch den Sandstein ist es im Sommer meist angenehm kühl.
Bitte meldet per Mail:
Vor der Tür fahren direkt zwei Buslinien in die Stadt. Zur U3 sind es 8 Minuten Fußweg und zur U2 10 Minuten. Der Stadpark ist in 2 Minuten erreicht.
Ich habe mit dem Mitbewohner jetzt 1 Jahr zusammengewohnt und es war stets eine entspannte Atmosphäre.
