This apartment has mostly interns from adidas and English is the main language spoken here so anyone who is interested in subletting my room while I am out of the country will need to have an international mindset!
As you can see in the description, this is a relatively big WG, but it is very close to the Altstadt (5min walk) and is only a short walk to Rennweg station so it is easy getting around town from here. If you're a new student to the FAU university and are based at the WiSo campus in Nürnberg, it is only a short walk to there (10min max). Or if you are starting an internship at adidas, this is a really awesome place to meet some of your new colleagues and you can find your way to work together!
The room itself has a cozy feel to it and is a decent size so you won't feel squeezed in and all furniture shown in the photos will be here for you to use so you won't need to bring anything to stay here. There is heating included as well as internet, the cost of which has been included in the rent price. There are two bathrooms split evenly between the flatmates, one kitchen and a laundry room.
The start and end dates I have listed in the description are negotiable so if you are wanting to move in/out earlier or later, then we can certainly discuss this possibility, however I am wanting someone to stay for a minimum of a month.
