Hi!I am leaving Germany end of August and I’m looking for a girl to move in with my lovely roommate in my apartment in Maxfeld, Rollnerstraße. The bright 3-room apartment (75 m2) is located on the 2nd floor of an old residential building with high ceilings and a dark brown floor. There are two bedrooms, a dining room which is connected to the kitchen, a bathroom and a small storeroom. The bathroom was completely refurbished one year ago. The apartment is located in a central location of Maxfeld (between Maxfeld and Kaulbachplatz U-Bahn stops). Cafè Kaulbach is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. Good parking situation with and without resident parking permit. The rent for the room is 440 + approx. 50 utilities. The apartment is available as 1st of September but can also discuss moving out slightly earlier if that’s needed. Get in touch if you’re interested! Clara
