Ein 31m2 großes Zimmer wird ab sofort in unserer WG in Maxfeld/Schoppershof frei.

Das Zimmer ist durch die hohen Decken, das große Fenster und die Westliche Ausrichtung direkt beim Hof sehr ruhig.

Unsere WG befindet sich im 2. Stock, hat 5 Zimmer, eine große Küche und eine Abstellkammer. Wir haben auch zwei extra Badezimmer, eines davon mit Dusche und WC und das andere Badezimmer teilt sich auf in eine separate Dusche und ein separates WC, sodass es morgens keinesfalls zum Stau kommt. Das Highlight ist unser Balkon, auf dem man morgens frühstücken oder die Sonne genießen oder den Abend entspannt ausklingen lassen kann und der über die Küche erreichbar ist, sodass jeder ihn zu jeder Uhrzeit auch nutzen kann. Die Küche und der Balkon zeigen zum Innenhof, Ruhe und jede Menge Licht ist garantiert!

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, mit allem was man so braucht. Eine Waschmaschine steht in einem der Bäder und die restlichen Haushaltsgeräte haben wir natürlich auch.

Our shared apartment is on the 2nd floor and has 5 rooms, a large kitchen, and a storage room. We also have two extra bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, and the other bathroom is divided into a separate shower and a separate toilet, so there is no morning rush. The highlight is our balcony, where you can have breakfast in the morning, enjoy the sun, or relax in the evening. It is accessible through the kitchen, so everyone can use it at any time. The kitchen and balcony face the courtyard, ensuring peace and plenty of light!

Our apartment has a dishwasher and a kitchen that is very well equipped, with everything you need. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms, and we naturally have all the other household appliances you might need.

Our location is really great!
The nearest metro station is "Schoppershof", which can be reached within 3 minutes on foot. Otherwise there are various bus stops nearby, for example the stop "Welserstraße" or "Schoppershof" and the tram station "Stadtpark" can also be reached in about 10 minutes. The night bus from downtown also stops right outside our door :)

The Mercado Shopping Centre is located in 5-10 minutes' walk, including a DM, Müller and a large Edeka. So you can find everything you need. At us right around the corner is also the city park where you can go jogging or take a short walk in the learning break or the like. Unsere Lage ist wirklich super!
Die nächstgelegene U-Bahnstation ist "Schoppershof", die man innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ansonsten gibt es bei uns in der Nähe verschiedene Bus-Haltestellen, z.B. die Haltestelle "Welserstraße" oder "Schoppershof" und die Tram-Station "Stadtpark" ist auch in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus der Innenstadt hält auch direkt vor unserer Tür :)

In 5-10 Fußminuten befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum Mercado, indem sich u.a. ein DM, Müller und ein großer Edeka befindet. Somit findet man dort auch alles was man braucht. Bei uns gleich um die Ecke liegt außerdem der Stadtpark, in dem man joggen gehen oder auch einen kurzen Spaziergang in der Lernpause o.ä. machen kann. Nach weiteren 10 Fußminuten gelangt man zum Marienbergpark, der deutlich größer ist und ebenfalls zum Sport machen oder einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang einlädt.
In der Nähe gibt es auch verschiedene kleinere Restaurants, bei denen man sich mal zu Essen holen kann, wenn man keine Lust hat zu kochen.

Der zentrale Treffpunkt in unserer Wohnung ist die Küche oder der Balkon. Da wir doch einige sind, achten wir darauf, die Küche sauber und ordentlich zu halten und sie regelmäßig zu reinigen.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind also Mariana, Ahona und Erik :)

Mariana is 27 years old from Portugal. Works in IT and is trying to learn german. On her free time she likes to go to the gym and sometimes bake cakes.

Ahona is 26 years old from Bangladesh and is currently doing her bachelor’s at FAU. In her free time, she loves to cook, go out, grab drinks, play games, go on city escapes or just chat and overshare. She enjoys partying sometimes and wants to do more sports, just needs a little push from one of her flatmates.

Erik is 22 years old from Germany and is studying WiWi at FAU. If his schedule allows, he is always down for any random spontaneous plans, whether it's something chill or active, whether there are drinks involved or not. He wants to start going to the gym again but also try out new sports to change things up, as well as try out more restaurants and bars in Nuremberg as soon as the weather gets better again.

It is still very nice to mention that in the whole house WGs are with which we are also in contact and occasionally make something together! Our neighbours take packages for one, if you are not at home, help if it's Sunday again and you don't have sugar anymore or the like, and are also often for a joint round of beer pog or even the one or the other party. So there is really a really cool community with us in the house!

Pakete für einen an, wenn man mal nicht zu Hause ist, helfen aus, falls es mal wieder Sonntag ist und man keinen Zucker mehr o.ä. hat und sind auch oft für eine gemeinsame Runde Bierpong oder auch die ein oder andere Party zu haben. Also es gibt echt eine richtig coole Gemeinschaft bei uns im Haus!
