Da ich für einige Zeit ins Ausland zu meiner Familie fahre, sind drei Zimmer in meinem Einfamilienhaus zu vermieten. Eine langfristige Vermietung als WG ist nach Absprache möglich.
Das Zimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und ruhig.
Es gibt zwei Bäder, ein Bad mit WC, Wanne und Bidet. Weiter gibt es ein Duschbad mit WC. Es steht eine Wohnküche mit 41 m² mit zur Verfügung. Weitere Mitbewohner nach Absprache.
Die Lage ist für Naturliebhaber ideal, ziemlich ruhig und direkt am Ortsrand.
Der Bus ist in ca. sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Auto oder ein Fahrrad zum Schnellbus ist jedoch von Vorteil.
Das Zimmer ist im ersten Stock, hat einen Teppichboden, ein Bett, Schreibtisch etc. steht bei Bedarf zur Verfügung.
Im Haus gibt es LAN und WLAN.
Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Ein Garten ist zur Mitbenutzung inklusive.
Erwünscht sind berufstätige Leute, die mit einem Haus umgehen können und sich darin wohlfühlen.
