We are looking for a new tenant (M/F) for the shared flat room. Only for student. The room will be from Feb. 6, 2024 available.
As long as the ad is still there, the room is still available.
The bright and cozy room is furnished. The furniture in the room can be provided to the tenant free of charge.
A fitted kitchen with oven, refrigerator, and stove is included in the rent.
A shared laundry room/drying room and two bicycle storage rooms are available in the building.
Neuselsbrunn ist ein bekannter und infrastrukturell sehr gut angebundener Ortsteil Nürnbergs.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle ist direkt neben dem Haus. Mit U1 erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof oder das Stadtzentrum in 8 Minuten.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in der Umgebung vorhanden und soll es mal ein bisschen mehr sein, kann auch auch in das nahe gelegene Franken-Center fahren.
Auch Fahrradwege in Richtung Stadt oder auch daraus heraus finden sich genug.
Alles in allem eine Runde Sache.

Neuselsbrunn is a well-known and strategically connected district of Nuremberg. The subway station is right next to the house, providing an 8-minute ride to the central station or city center with the U1 line. Daily necessities can be conveniently obtained in the vicinity, and for a bit more, there's the option to head to the nearby Franken-Center, which is biggest shopping center in south Nuremberg. There are also ample bike paths leading both into and out of the city. All in all, a well-rounded location.
