Hallo,
da mein Mitbewohner bei seiner Freundin eingezogen ist, suche ich hier einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut im Nibelungenviertel. Ruhig gelegen in der Nähe einer Parkanlage aber trotzdem zentral mit Anschluss an Bus und Straßenbahn. Bin selbst WG erfahren. Die Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet, z.B. sind einiges an Sportgeräten vorhanden, wie Rudergerät, Sandsack und Ergometer.
