Es handelt sich um eine 200 qm Wohnung (Altbau) im 4 Stock mit Aufzug direkt in die Wohnung. 60 qm Wohnzimmer und mehreren Zimmern.
Ich war ein Jahr in Australien (ich bin 27), komme am 07.06.08 zurück und suche nun 1-2 nette, aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerinnen.
Die 3 Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß von 12-35 qm und daher kann man noch über die Miete reden.
2 Katzen sind ebenfalls hier.
Einzug so früh wie möglich, ideal wäre ab 01.07.08, geht aber eventuell auch schon früher.
