ich möchte ein helles Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Wohnfläche von 72 m² für einen Monat untermieten. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 10 m². Ein Bett, Tisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank sind vorhanden, aber natürlich können mit eigene Möbel ersetzt werden.
Es gibt eine größe Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Die Waschmaschine kann mitgenutzt werden. Fahrräder kann man im Keller mit Zugang durch den Hinterhof sicher abstellen.
Gute Anbindung zu U-Bahn-Stationen Nordostbahnhof (3-4 min zu Fuss) und die Büsse.
