The apartment has been completely renovated 2 years ago so everything is brand new and bright!
The kitchen and living areas are all very spacious, containing everything you need to live!
The bathroom has a large bath tub and separate wall in shower room, all in white and grey tiles.
It has a large balcony south facing leading into a new fitted kitchen, there is cute garden downstairs too for BBQs.

The area is very quiet and has some great restaurants and bars within 2 mins from the house.
Private parking is available as well as street parking.
The metro is outside of the door less than one min walk so super easy for transport links all over. Its the Kaulbachplatz station.
The apartment is only 10 ins walk to the castle so easy for everything, with a rewe around the corner!
I am looking for a chilled out person to share the apartment, must be clean and tidy and not a wild party person!
