ich werde ab 25 Dez. bis fast Ende Januar im Urlaub sein. Für diesen Zeitraum (ungefähr 5 Wochen), suche ich eine nette Mitbewohnerin für mein helles Zimmer in der 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Wohnfläche von 72 m². Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 20 m² groß. Ein Doppelbett, Tisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank sind vorhanden.
Mein Mitbewohner würde da sein. Aber er hat sein eigenes Zimmer. Es gibt noch ein Wohnzimmer. Die Küche hat alles was man so braucht. Die Waschmaschine kann mitgenutzt werden. Fahrräder kann man im Keller mit Zugang durch den Hinterhof sicher abstellen.
Gute Anbindung zu U-Bahn-Stationen Nordostbahnhof (3-4 min zu Fuss) und die Büsse.
